Q. Who can participate in this promotion?
A. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion.
Q. How old do you have to be to enter?
A. You must be 18 years of age or older. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter the competition. If the competition winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.

A. Entries open 00.01 AEST on 16/01/2017 and close at 17.00 AEST on 09/04/2017.
Q. How do I know what products to purchase to participate?
A. You can purchase any AYAM™ product as long as you purchase two (2) AYAM™ products from any AYAM™ product-stocking retailer in a single transaction between 16/01/2017 and 09/04/17
Q. I’ve purchased my two (2) AYAM™ products, how do I enter?
A. To enter the promotion, simply;
Q. How can I tell if my entry has been received?
A. You will receive an on screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details, acknowledging that your entry has been received, as well as a confirmation email.
Q. Where is the barcode located?
A. The barcode is located on the product label and looks like this (the barcode number you need to enter is outlined in red):
Q. Can I enter two of the same product barcodes? For example; 2 x Coconut Milk 270ml products.
A. Yes, you can enter two of the same product barcodes as long as you have purchased 2 x of that particular product in the same transaction. You cannot purchase 1 x AYAM™ item and enter that barcode twice.
Q. What should I do if my barcode is unreadable?
A. If you cannot read your barcode please keep your packaging and purchase receipt and contact us with your query. Alternatively, you can also call us on +61 (0)2 8814 8086.
Q. How many times can I enter?
A. You may enter as many times as you like provided that each entry contains two AYAM™ products, in one single transaction and you have proof of purchase. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize is permitted per person (excluding residents of SA). For example, individuals that purchase four (4) AYAM products in a single transaction will be eligible to receive two (2) entries, individuals that purchase six (6) AYAM products in a single transaction will be eligible to receive three (3) entries, etc.
Q. Do I need to keep a copy of my original purchase receipt to claim my prize?
A. You must retain your original purchase receipt/s as proof of a valid purchase during the Promotional Period. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may result in invalidation of ALL entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.
Q. What if the website isn’t accepting details I am providing and I keep getting an error message?
A. Check that you have entered all details correctly in all fields. If you are still receiving an error message please contact email@example.com advising us of the problem.
Q. When will the winners be drawn?
A. Each Major Draw will take place at 11.00 AEST on 15/02/2017 (Major Draw 1), 15/03/2017 (Major Draw 2), 18/04/2017 (Major Draw 3).
Q. When will the winners’ names be published?
A. The major prize winners be published online at www.winwithayam.com.au on 28/02/2017, 28/03/2017, 28/04/2017. Any ACT instant winners will be published on the website within 5 days of being selected.
Q. How will I be notified if I am a winner?
A. Major Draw winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
Q. Do I need to provide proof of age if I am a winner?
A. Yes, you are required to provide a copy of proof of age identification in order to claim your prize. Winners must produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the winners’ identity, age, residential address, and eligibility to enter and claim a prize.
Q. How long do I have to wait to get my prize?
A. If you are a winner, you will be contacted within two working days of the relevant draw with details. Your prize will be sent to you within twenty-eight (28) working days.
Q. How do I enter the second chance draw?
A. All valid non-winning entries are automatically entered into the unclaimed prize draw.
Q. When is the unclaimed prize draw held?
A. The promoter may conduct a second draw in the event of any forfeited or unclaimed prizes 18/07/2017 at the same time and place as the original draw. You must ensure you keep your proof of purchase should you be a second draw winner.
Q. How do I know if I have won in the unclaimed prize draw?
A. Prize winner(s) will be notified by e-mail within two (2) business days of the prize draw. Winners of the major prize, if any, will be published online at www.winwithayam.com.au on 28/07/2017.

Yay, I’ve won, how do I get on board?
Hang onto your voucher! Please send us an email to the address provided on your voucher when you know you want to travel. Please email us the below information in the booking form with plenty of time before your desired departure date (at least 10 working days).
Where can I find the flight numbers?
Jump onto www.airasia.com and search for destinations and dates in our booking engine. Find dates that suite you, and are within our terms and conditions and add the dates and flight numbers onto the booking form.
Are there any block out dates when I cannot use these prize tickets?
There are some peak times when availability for prize flights may be minimal, so please be aware that your first preference of dates may not be available. Periods closer to Easter, Chinese New Year and Christmas may be unavailable. Please check with us if you want to make sure of your dates.
I want to travel with my whole family, can I book them in now with my prize and just pay for extra seats?
No, you cannot do it in one transaction with you prize booking. Due to the nature of these bookings, we cannot offer you a generic fare for any extra seats you wish to purchase. Once you have your prize flights confirmed, you can go online and book any extra seats you want on the same flight. The fares available online are our cheapest available, so it also will be the best value to you for any extra seats.
Can I change the flight route/destination of the prize voucher?
Route/destination changes are not permitted. Prize must be taken as per the prize voucher details.
I want to travel onwards from my prize destination; can I add the flight to my form and book it in one go?
No, you will have to book any other flights separately as a point to point booking via www.airasia.com
Can I change my dates or change passenger names after this booking is made?
No, once your booking is made and confirmed, you are not able to change dates or names at all. This is because of the nature of prize bookings within our system. So make sure you can travel on the dates you request.
I want to add luggage, meals or entertainment, when can I do this and how much will it cost?
Once your booking is confirmed and emailed to you, you will be able to log onto ‘Manage my booking’ online at airasia.com to view and add on any extra’s to your booking.
